It is very difficult to ensure uniformity in our plants, therefore we don't. However, when it comes to fulfilling your online orders, we will try our very best to ensure that you receive your items as close as possible to the pictures of the plants we put up online. There may be slight variation in terms of size and colour between the plants since no two plants are truly identical. There may be superficial damage to some leaves and they may show some level of imperfection. We do try to provide you with plants with at least 2 good leaves, especially for larger specimens. We will do our best to select the next best plant for you.

Currently, we only deliver to addresses in Singapore. We hope to be able to ship internationally in time to come. Our delivery rates are available as you complete your order at checkout. We aim to fulfill the your orders within 7 days. Deliveries are contactless due to the Covid situation. We understand how exciting it can be waiting for a plant delivery so we might just surprise you with an early arrival!

We respect your privacy and any information that is shared in your transactions with us will not be shared with any third party, save for our website host. We may use the contact details you provided for our delivery personnel to call you when sending an order. 

As a general rule of thumb, we do not provide refunds to perishable items.  However, should you encounter problems with the items when you receive them, do contact us as soon as possible and we will try to work something out amicably.

Kindly make immediate payment and include your order number in "COMMENTS FOR RECIPIENT". Order will be cancelled if payment is not made within 2 hours of purchase. Thank you.
